KNS Fresco
KNS Fresco is a premium plotted project by KNS Infrastructure. It is spread across 14.3 acres and is located in Dodda Tumkur, just off Doddaballapur Main Road in North Bengaluru.
The launch of the project was in June 2021 and is still under construction. The possession is planned for June 2026. It is BMRDA-approved and RERA registered (PRM/KA/RERA/1250/301/PR/210813/004271).

The layout has a clear road network with 15m, 12m, and 9m wide internal roads, and an 18m wide main entry road. Amenities are placed at the centre, including a clubhouse, gym, and pool.
