KNS Athena is a beautifully designed Grecian-themed plotted development located in the western part of Bangalore, at Dasanapura off Tumkur Road. Spread across a vast land area of about 68.45 acres, the project is developed in two phases, with Phase 1 covering 8.42 acres and Phase 2 spanning 9.19 acres. This well-planned community offers a total of 1,015 premium residential plots, designed for comfortable and flexible living.

The plot sizes start from 1,144 sq. ft. and go up to 4,500 sq. ft. The price of plots starts from about ₹30 Lakhs and goes up to around ₹1.44 Crores.

The project was launched in August 2019 for Phase 1 and in July 2023 for Phase 2. The possession date is May 2025, making it a ready-to-move-in plotted community. The project is RERA-approved. The RERA number for Phase 1 is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/200526/003424, and for Phase 2 it is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/010723/006029.

Phase 1 has 8.42 acres with 137 plots, and Phase 2 has 9.19 acres with 129 plots. The layout has a grand entrance, 11 parks, wide roads, and clear footpaths. It offers good basic facilities like strong roads, underground cables, a drainage system, a water supply, a rainwater system, and marked plots. The layout also has a clubhouse, walking and cycling paths, sports areas, and full-time security.

As of early 2026, plot prices at KNS Athena range from ₹43 Lakhs to ₹1.44 Crores, with an average market rate of ₹3,750 to ₹4,600 per sq. ft. depending on the phase and plot location.
